Pumpkin pie recipes normally fall into two categories: Classic (or Traditional) and Quick and Easy. Regardless of the type you choose, either one will taste a lot better than any store-bought pumpkin pie. Making a pumpkin pie from scratch is very time consuming, especially if you’re making both the crust and the filling. The crust will take several hours including refrigeration time.
