- 1 9-inch pie plate
- 1 wire cooling rack
- 1 wire whisk
- 1 medium bowl
- 1 spoon or spatula
- 1 measuring cup
- 1 set of measuring spoons
Ingredients List
- 1 cup canned pure pumpkin pie filling not pumpkin pie mix
- 1/2 cup Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp butter softened
- 2 eggs large
Instructions
Preheat Oven
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Grease the pie plate. You can also spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare The Filling
- In medium bowl whisk together all of the ingredients until well blended.
- Pour or spoon the filling into the pie plate.
Bake
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center of the pie.
Cool
- Allow to sit on wire cooling rack for 30 minutes then refrigerate for 3 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
