Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 425℉.
Prepare The Crust
Place the bottom crust in the pie plate. Make sure the edge is evenly stretched over the top of the pie plate.
Mix
In medium mixing bowl stir the apple pie spice into the caramel apple filling.
Fill
Pour or spoon the filling into the bottom crust.
Add Top Crust
Place the top crust over the filling. Crimp the top and bottom crust together to create a scalloped look around the edge,
Cut 4 - 6 slits in the top crust to allow the pie to vent as it bakes.
You can also create a lattice crust, if you know how.
Bake
Bake at 425℉ for 40 - 45 minutes.
The pie is done when the top crust is golden brown.
Cool
Place on wire cooling rack and allow to cool for at least 2 hours.
