This super easy pumpkin pie can be put together in under 10 minutes. It features rich, creamy pumpkin filling with just the right amount of spices. There's no crust to make or bake. Just prepare the filing and bake.

- 1 9-inch pie plate
- 1 wire cooling rack
- 1 wire whisk
- 1 medium bowl
- 1 spoon or spatula
- 1 measuring cup
- 1 set of measuring spoons
Ingredients List
- 1 cup canned pure pumpkin pie filling not pumpkin pie mix
- 1/2 cup Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp butter softened
- 2 eggs large
Instructions
Preheat Oven
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Grease the pie plate. You can also spray it with nonstick cooking spray.
Prepare The Filling
- In medium bowl whisk together all of the ingredients until well blended.
- Pour or spoon the filling into the pie plate.
Bake
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the center of the pie.
Cool
- Allow to sit on wire cooling rack for 30 minutes then refrigerate for 3 hours or until thoroughly chilled.
