This super easy Creamy Key Lime Pie recipe can be put together in a mere 10 minutes. You can use a graham cracker crust, or a refrigerated or frozen crust, which must be baked.
If using a refrigerated or frozen crust, bake the crust as directed on the package.
Allow the cream cheese to sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes. This will allow it to soften even faster.
Prepare The Filling
In medium bowl beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer starting o slow then increasing to medium speed. Beat until light and fluffy.
Slowly beat in the sweetened condensed milk and egg then add the lime juice and vanilla extract.
Pour or spoon the cream cheese mixture into the crust.
Bake
Bake at 375℉ for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set.
Cool
Cover loosely with aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until chilled.
