Super easy and so delicious, this easy chocolate fudge brown pie can be put together in 10 minutes. The fudge brownie filling can be made in a single bowl.
Place a cookie or baking sheet on the middle rack and preheat oven to 350℉.
Melt The Chocolate
Melt the chocolate chips in microwave or on stovetop.
Set aside to cool while preparing the filling.
Prepare The Filling
In large bowl whisk together the light brown sugar and melted butter.
Beat in the eggs one at a time. Be sure the mixture is well blended before adding the next egg.
Whisk in the melted chocolate chips, instant coffee, and vanilla extract.
Finally stir in the all-purpose flour. Mix until well blended.
Pour or spoon the mixture into the frozen pie crust.
Bake
Place on preheated cookie sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Pie is done when center is set. To check the pie you can use the same method as testing brownies for doneness. A toothpick or knife inserted directly into the center should come out clean.
Cool
Allow to sit on wire cooling rack for 2 hours or until the pie plate is cool to the touch.
